It was totally worth staying at you beautiful place with excellent ambiance of the lake garden and nature. Pokhara’s best classic hotel I was in Pokhara for a few days work and stayed at the Fish Tail Lodge. The lodge is in a perfect location with a lush forest as a backdrop and views across the lake to the snow-capped Himalayas. The lodge itself is set in beautiful gardens. The rooms are well appointed, well maintained (even the older “heritage” rooms and immaculately clean. The breakfast is excellent and the staff professional and well trained. The General Manager, Roshan, ensured we had the best rooms in the lodge. Sagun, the Guest Relation Officer, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and even arranged a surprise cake for my birthday. Fish Tail has to be one of (if not THE) best accommodation in Pokhara.

Pleasant stay Best place to land up in Pokhara. This was a great experience for us as it was our 5th anniversary and on top of it Ms Sagun Thakuri, guest relationship manager made it worth it by giving us the surprise on our special occasion. It was not a planned booking, we checked in there and just randomly informed her that it was our anniversary and she make sure that every minute in our stay was worth it. I would like to thank all the staff for being humble while in the stay. The price is worth it and is recommended to everyone.

Relaxing stay Perfect ambience for a peaceful stay and beautiful view of mountains and Fewa Lake from cafeteria. The chanting birds in the morning makes you feel like you are meditating...biggest thanks goes to Sagun ji from guest relations who was so kind and welcoming...and himani ji from reception for her sweet attitude.

Romantic stay at fish tail lodge We stayed at the hotel for 2 days... the ambience was outstandingly beautiful and peaceful... all the staffs were warm... especial thanks to Sagun ji for all the arrangements and her sweet nature... looking fotward to coming back soon!

Golden Anniversary We had gone for our Honeymoon in 1972 and this was a revisit after 50 years, which was an absolutely fantastic trip, starting from a very warm welcome to the upgrade to an executive deluxe cottage with a bottle of wine and an anniversary cake. Excellent hospitality,great food, super services, especially how the staff was able to understand our needs, adjust to our special requests. One service staff Ganga was outstanding in her manner of service. We also visited the Spa and had a great massage,where i would specially mention Saraswati who is very well trained and provides a relaxing massage. The lodge has expanded,but regained it's wonderful beauty and charm.

Visited Fishtail Lodge after 30 years. Had stayed here for my honeymoon in 1991 Visited Fishtail lodge in Jan 2022. It was a nostalgic & emotional visit. I had stayed here for our honeymoon in 1991. I wrote to the hotel that i would liek to visit and got a prompt and warm welcoming reply. Went there on 2nd Jan and was warmly received by Sr Executives and staff. They showed me around the beautiful property and also opened up a cottage similar to one I had stayed in 1991. Amazing hospitality. They then had me seated next to the Lake and served me coffee and cookies. Kudos to the team! This is called creating unique experiences in an authentic way. Well done!

Die Anlage verbreitet etwas den Charme vergangener Tage. Sauber. Schöner Ausblick auf das Bergpanorama und den See. Ideal nach dem Trek zu relaxen, abseits des Trubel entlang der Lake Side. Nach Angeboten erkundigen. Gehobener Standard.
